HOW THIS WORK IS DIFFERENT The Integration Series blends life coaching, astrology, and Quantum Reiki to support awareness and regulation. - Coaching helps you name patterns and make conscious choices - Astrology provides context, timing, and perspective - Quantum Reiki supports the nervous system and energetic integration Together, these modalities create a grounded container that supports change without overwhelm. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Three 75-minute 1:1 sessions over 3–6 weeks - A supportive blend of coaching, astrological insight, and energy work - Personalized reflection prompts and simple grounding practices - Tools to support awareness, regulation, and decision-making Each session builds on the last, offering continuity and support without pressure.
