Our Offerings

Reiki Healing

Reiki, coming from the Japanese words meaning universal and energy, is an energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation. During a Reiki session, trained practitioners use their hands to facilitate the flow of energy to a person's body, helping to create balance within and support the release of physical, emotional or mental blocks. Today, Reiki is used worldwide, including in hospitals, as a complementary therapy and taught in clinical institutions to patients' caregivers and the general public.

  • Introduction to Reiki + Q&A (30 min)

    • Includes how Reiki works, what it is, the benefits, and myths 

  • 1:1 Reiki sessions 

    • 30-60 minute individual sessions 

  • Group Reiki sessions 

    • 30-60 minute group healing session with a guided meditation 

  • Virtual or In-Person

    • Presentations and individual or group sessions can be done via Zoom or in-person

That's why our Mindfulness Meditation sessions are designed to bring a sense of peace and focus to your day. They are perfect for recharging your team during long meetings, including wellness or corporate events.

Yoga Breathing

Yoga breathing is a safe and natural way to quickly affect your autonomic nervous system. Most of us are stuck on autopilot, and we're getting bounced around by our environment leaving us feeling wired but tired, imbalanced, and frazzled. Yoga breathing offers many of the same benefits as meditation, but it's easier to learn, can be practiced anywhere, and the results are very predictable.
