HOW THIS WORK IS DIFFERENT The Expansion Journey blends life coaching, astrology, and Quantum Reiki into a cohesive process that supports both insight and embodiment. We don’t rush change. We don’t bypass emotion. And we don’t rely on willpower alone. Instead, this work supports your system emotionally, energetically, and practically, so shifts can happen without burnout or pressure. WHAT'S INCLUDED - Six 1:1 sessions over approximately 8–12 weeks - A supportive blend of coaching, astrological insight, and energy work - Personalized reflection prompts and grounding practices - Ongoing integration support between sessions Each session builds on the last, allowing space for awareness, release, embodiment, and forward movement.
