As winter slowly melts away and the first signs of spring begin to emerge, nature invites us into a new cycle—one of rebirth, renewal, and gentle forward movement.
Internally, we feel this shift too.
This half-day women’s retreat is an invitation to soften and intentionally step into your own spring awakening, clearing what feels heavy, reconnecting to your body, and creating space for what’s ready to grow.
We’ll gather in community on the beautiful Medicine Wheel farm, where you’ll be guided back into alignment with yourself and the season ahead.
What You’ll Experience
Opening Fire & Cacao/Tea Ceremony: Begin the day in circle around the fire, sipping ceremonial cacao or herbal tea while setting your personal “why” for the season ahead.
