About the event
Join us to celebrate the begin of Summer.
Together we will slow down and tune in through breath, reflection, and the creation of a personal nature mandala. Using materials like flowers, leaves, stones, and herbs, you’ll create a unique living mandala, as an offering of gratitude for the season and as a symbolic expression of your intentions for what's ahead.
What to Expect:
Gentle grounding and breathwork to arrive in the moment
Guided reflection and intention setting
Forest bathing while foraging for natural materials
