About the event
The Spirit Explorers Program is a week-long summer enrichment experience for children ages 6–10 that invites kids to build confidence, emotional awareness, kindness — all through play, creativity, and imagination.
At our Spirit Explorers Program, we guide children to notice how their thoughts, words, and actions affect how they feel inside and how they interact with others. Using games, storytelling, crafts, nature exploration, and mindful activities, children learn to:
✨ Understand themselves — they’ll explore emotions, thoughts, and how energy shows up in daily life.
✨ Practice kindness and empathy — through group activities and mindful awareness.
✨ Play with imagination — discover power animals, express through art, and connect with nature.
✨ Build calm and focus — simple breathwork, guided visualization, and grounding exercises woven into fun experiences.
