ReAwaken your Feminine Flow

Join us for an one-hour event designed to help you reconnect with your divine feminine essence. 

For far too long we've been taught to deliver results, remain resilient in the face of stress, and push ourselves to reach goals. We've learned to feel guilt for slowing down, shame for taking up space and asking for our needs, and insecurity in our body. We've been dominated by our masculine energy, but now is the time to reawaken our feminine energy. 

In this empowering session, we will:

• Connect with our inner selves through meditation
• Tune into our body through breathwork
• Flow and embrace all parts of ourselves through movement & dance

Join us as we deepen our connection with our feminine essence, explore new ways of self-expression, and nurture our soul. 

What to Bring

• An open heart 
• Comfortable clothing 
• Something to adorn yourself with (anything that makes you feel beautiful--jewlery, makeup, etc.)

In honor of International Women's Day this event is FREE, but donations are welcome!
