The Fall Equinox marks the balance between light and darkness, a time when nature gracefully transitions from one season to another. It's a moment to reflect on the past, release what no longer serves us, and welcome the opportunities that lie ahead. Join us on Friday, September 29 at 7:00 pm for an in-person gathering where we'll come together to honor this natural rhythm of change. Through a blend of ritual, meditation, journaling, and dance, we'll create a sacred space for self-discovery, connection, and renewal. **What to Expect** 🌟 Guided Meditation for Balance: Immerse yourself in a guided meditation designed to help you find inner harmony. 🕯️ Ritual of Transition: Participate in a ritual symbolizing the release of the old and the embrace of the new, setting intentions for the coming season. 📝 Journaling: Reflect on your personal growth during this time of change. 🌱 Sharing and Connection: Connect with like-minded individuals as we share our insights in a safe and sacred space. 💃 Dance of Expression: Move to connect with your body and embrace the present moment. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a session, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided by emailing info@nunatherapy.com. All “no shows” or last minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or loss of full payment. In the case of late arrivals there may not be enough time to accommodate your service. Please note that if you are more then 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule your appointment. In this case, a cancellation fee will be charged and payment will be required to rebook.
